LIGHTING ARTIST

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop look to ensure assets are technically correct to create hyper-realistic passes

  • Create shading networks using Maya

  • Creates lighting setups that become reference for shots and sequences in CG animation, pre-rendered game cinematic and VFX shots

  • Work close with CG sup and Art Director to determine the best possible technical and artistic approaches

MUST HAVE

  • Maya

  • Redshift or Arnold or VRay

  • Shading or Lighting experience in Arch-Vis, VFX or Postproduction

NICE TO HAVE

  • Art background

  • Nuke
